Please remember each individual gem has been hand embellished onto your shoes, although perfectly safe to wear on any occasion, please treat with care.

To maintain, always clean after wearing - suitable protectors are fine to use on the upper shoe, but must be avoided on the embellishments. Store your heels in the shoe bag provided.

Treat stains as soon as possible to help prevent the stains from setting.
Any internal moisture as a result of wearing your shoes can be helped by simply airing them out.

Try on your shoes on a soft surface to avoid unnecessary wear, as we cannot accept returns in an un-saleable condition. Your normal statutory rights apply.
